Our Approach

The Life Enrichment Project is a holistic community-based service that supports individuals with exceptional needs through inclusive programming, skill development, and meaningful connection.

We provide a variety of supports that promote independence, strengthen life skills, and foster belonging within both our programs and the broader community. Our focus is on real-world experiences that help individuals build confidence, develop abilities, and form authentic relationships.

We believe in holistic wellness, supporting the emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and creative aspects of each person. Our approach recognizes that all areas of life are interconnected, and we focus on the whole person rather than isolated needs, supporting individuals in living healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Alongside our core programs, we offer educational workshops and professional coaching for neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, support staff, and organizations. These sessions provide practical tools, skill-building, and strategies to help create more inclusive and supportive environments.

Our Services Include:

  • Day Programming - community-based programming and experiences, life skills and independence development, social connection and peer engagement

  • Educational Workshops for individuals, families/caregivers and professionals

  • Coaching & Training for teams and organizations

  • Adaptive Wellness Programming (including yoga and movement)

NET is a teaching approach used primarily in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) that focuses on teaching skills in the individuals natural settings - like at home, in the community, or during social interactions - rather than in a structed classroom or therapy setting.

NET is designed to make learning

  • Functional - directly useful in daily life

  • Motivating - guided by the individuals interests
